This device consists of components like evaporation board, heat insulation body and electric cabinet, with large freeze quantity, compact structure, cleanness and user-friendly control. The body adopts polyurethane foam. The inner and outer panels, inner shelf and the hardware materials are all stainless steel 304. The evaporation board is 6063 aluminum alloy or aluminum tube. And the air blower adopts stainless steel blower exclusive for cold storage. All materials are resistant to corrosion and their inner parts keep high cleanness, which comply with the food hygiene standard.
2. application scope
Applied in food quick freezing, fishing-boats dredging and fishery processing etc. in industries like cold storage processing, aquatic products processing and meat-packing, etc.
3.working conditions
In-take temperature is +15oC and the out-take temperature is ≤-18oC
Ambient temperature is ≤40oC, condensing temperature is between 35oC and 40oC and the evaporating temperature is -35oC.
